Hill Country Event Planning began in Austin, TX in 2008 when a bride chose owner and lead coordinator Heather Duncan to coordinate her wedding. Heather and her team are committed to designing and organizing unique events that represent each individual client. They tailor to any size event & budget. If you have a vision, they will make it happen!
Heather Duncan has been planning weddings and special events since 2004. She began her career in event planning in Washington DC at the famous Watergate Hotel planning events for organizations like the Embassy of Lebanon, The National Health Institute, and the World Bank. She now resides in the greatest city in the world – Austin, TX! Heather is a native Texan and has resided in Austin since 2006. She received her BS in Journalism from Texas A&M, but Longhorns don’t hold it against her! In her spare time Heather enjoys traveling abroad and teaching dance at a local dance studio, Dance Xplosion.
In 2009 Hill Country Event Planning grew to provide quality and affordable event rentals. Our inventory includes many varieties of tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware and decorations to make your wedding or special event unlike any other. Husband and wife team Jesse and Heather now co-own and manage Hill Country Event Planning.
